These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") explain the terms that apply when you visit our website or purchase products from us.

The website and products are operated and supplied by Anchor Deep LLC ("Anchor Deep", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, purchasing a product or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, kindly do not use the website or purchase the products in it.

1. About Anchor Deep

Anchor Deep is a relationship education brand creating products and resources designed to encourage intentional relationships, meaningful communication, personal and relational growth and thoughtful connection.

Our products include:

  • guided journals and planners( dated and undated);

  • printable prompt papers;

  • digital downloads;

  • mech (cups, T-shirts, scented candles etc);

  • other related physical and digital products.

References to "you", "your", "customer" or "user" mean any person accessing our website or purchasing or using our products.

2. Physical Products

We take care to describe and present our products as accurately as reasonably possible.

Because screens, printing processes and materials can differ, the product you receive may occasionally have slight variations in colour, paper texture, packaging, binding, positioning or finishing from what appears on your screen.

Small variations of this nature are a normal part of producing physical products and will not ordinarily be considered defects where they do not materially affect the quality or intended use of the product.

From time to time, we may also update, refine or discontinue products.

3. Digital Products

Our digital products are created for your personal, non-commercial use, unless we expressly tell you otherwise.

Purchasing a digital product gives you permission to use that product in accordance with these Terms, but ownership of the underlying intellectual property remains with Anchor Deep.

You are welcome to download and print purchased files for your own personal use, subject to any additional terms included with a particular product.

Our digital products are not to be:

  • sold or resold;

  • shared or redistributed to others;

  • uploaded to shared drives, websites, marketplaces or file-sharing platforms;

  • sublicensed;

  • reproduced for commercial purposes;

  • modified for resale; or

  • used to create substantially copied products for sale.

Because digital products may become available for download immediately after purchase, digital purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access has been provided. This does not affect any refund or other right available to you under applicable law, including where a digital product is materially defective or inaccessible because of an issue on our side.

4. Pricing

Prices are displayed in the US currency.

We may adjust our prices from time to time. Any change will generally apply to future purchases and will not ordinarily affect an order that we have already accepted.

Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, import charges or similar fees may apply depending on the order and your location.

Where these charges are imposed by the authorities in your country, they will generally be your responsibility unless we expressly tell you otherwise.

5. Payment

Payments are processed using the payment methods made available to you at checkout and may be handled by independent third-party payment providers.

When submitting payment information, please ensure that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.

Where payments are processed by an independent payment provider, we do not directly store your complete payment-card information.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the selected product subject to these Terms.

An automated acknowledgement simply lets you know that we have received your order. Your order will generally be considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and we confirm the order or begin fulfilment, depending on the type of product purchased.

Occasionally, we may be unable to accept or fulfil an order. This may happen, for example, where:

  • a product is no longer available;

  • there is an obvious pricing or listing error;

  • payment cannot be authorised;

  • we reasonably believe a transaction may be fraudulent or unauthorised;

  • an order appears to involve unauthorised commercial resale; or

  • fulfilment would be unlawful or impossible.

If we need to cancel an accepted order after receiving payment, we will refund the relevant amount as soon as practicably possible.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We will provide available shipping options and applicable charges during the ordering process.

Any processing, dispatch or delivery period provided by Anchor Deep is an estimate. Sometimes deliveries may take longer because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs processing, courier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions or other unexpected events.

Please take a moment to check your shipping information carefully before submitting an order.

If you notice an error afterwards, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist. Once an order has entered fulfilment or has already been dispatched, however, we may no longer be able to change the delivery information.

8. Intellectual Property

A great deal of thought, time and creative work goes into Anchor Deep's products and content.

Purchasing one of our products gives you the right to enjoy and use that product in accordance with these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Unless permitted by law or authorised by us in writing, our protected content should not be reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, commercially exploited or used to create substantially copied products.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict a use that applicable intellectual-property law expressly permits.

We want Anchor Deep to remain a safe and reliable space for everyone who visits it.

We may make minor edits for spelling, grammar, length or formatting, but we will not intentionally change the substance of what you communicated or present your words in a misleading way.

We are not obliged to publish every submission we receive.

Anchor Deep creates journals, planners, and other relationship resources and other materials intended to encourage reflection, better communication and more intentional relationships.

Every relationship and personal situation is different. Our products are therefore designed as tools rather than promises of a particular outcome.

While we hope that you find them genuinely useful, we cannot guarantee relationship success, marriage success, reconciliation, emotional healing, personal transformation or any other specific outcome.

Our content is also not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or financial advice where professional assistance is appropriate.

12. Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable care in providing our website and products. However, there are certain losses or circumstances for which liability may lawfully be limited.
